Founder and President

Caytie believes people are the heart of her business. She values the individuals on her team, her customers and vendor partners. Ultimately, all the planning and attention to detail is done to provide outstanding service and experiences to the people who attend each event. Caytie enjoys spending time outdoors (even in winter), improving her foreign language skills, and embarrassing her teenagers by breaking into dance.

Marketing and Media Specialist

Jenna is the Marketing and Media Specialist for The LaClare Group. With her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications: Creative Digital Media and Film Studies from Winona State University and work experience with email marketing, content creation, social media marketing, and virtual meetings, she has been a great addition to the team. Outside of The LaClare Group,  Jenna is a high-level martial artist who also enjoys dance, rollerblading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Senior Project Manager

Sara comes to The LaClare Group with an expertise in creating systems and processes for complex meetings and events. With a passion for bringing order to the chaos, she uses her love of spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel daily to manage the smallest details of an event. Sara takes pride in going above and beyond to deliver a seamless experience for clients. In her free time Sara can be found spending time with her husband and 2 small children, tending to her garden, or eagerly exploring the newest restaurants and breweries in town.

Megan joined The LaClare Group in January 2022 when our meetings and events were coming back in full force. She has been so helpful in many different areas of the planning process and is such a great addition to the team.

Hannah is The LaClare Group's newest addition to the team as a Meeting Coordinator. She graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from North Dakota State University. She has work experience in the hotel and resort industry in all areas. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling and being with friends and family.
